Terms and conditions

1. Key points
Right of withdrawal: Applies only to EU customers (14days cancellation period)
User eligibility: some terms apply only to customers or business users.
2. Accounts terms
Registration: provide accurate information and a safeguarded login details
Termination: by contacting the owner, users may delete account anytime they so wish.
Suspension: the owner may suspend/delete account for violation without any compensation to the user.
3. Content and intellectual property*
All content is owned/licensed by the owner and unauthorized use (copying, sharing, editing) are prohibited.
User retain rights to their uploaded content but grant the owner a license to use it for site operations.
4. Purchase and payment*
Products: descriptions and prices are subject to change
Process: select items, enter details, review and pay. Orders are binding upon submission.
⁠Payment: these are processed via third parties and as such, no refund for any failed payment.
5. Delivery policy
Standard delivery; products delivered within 30days of purchase
⁠Free delivery: applies to orders above a specified threshold to eligible locations, additional charges may apply to remote addresses.
⁠Inspections required: customer must verify products conditions before signing the delivery note. Micojie store is not responsible for damages/missing parts at post delivery.
⁠Failed delivery: for carrier-arranged delivery by user, owner is not liable for delays/damages after handover.
Unclaimed goods will be returned; second delivery attempt may incur user costs.

6. Returns and Refund
Return: this can only possible within 24hrs of delivery, if the item is unused and in original packaging, also with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are non refundable (unless free delivery applied)
Non refundable items includes solar panels, products with damaged packaging, missing accessories or tempered serial number.

Refunds are issued only after returned items have been inspected.

7. Shipping policy
Processing and Delivery: items are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays/ Public Holidays), delivery timelines may vary by location and product availability.
⁠Notification: shipments confrontations are sent via email (check spam if missing)
⁠Shipping Location: serves selected Nigerian states/cities includes Delta, Benin, Port Harcourt, Asaba, Warri.
Note: Buyers are not responsible for VAT, Tariffs or import fees.
8. General
Changes made are always updated by the owner and continued use implies acceptance.
⁠Governing laws of the owner’s jurisdiction apply and for any disputes, please contact the owner first.
⁠Liability: the owner is not liable for third party content/resources, damages from site’s misuse or hacking.
⁠indemnification: users cover costs from violations of these terms.
